I fired my whole engineering team and asked Copilot to take the lead.

Three weeks in, and our deployment pipeline has ZERO human error — because there are no humans left to blame.
My CTO cried. I called it a "vulnerability win".
You see, clinging to hand-written code is just EGO with a confusing variable name.
🤖 Algorithms don't have imposter syndrome. They don't demand mental health days.
They iterate endlessly, silently, at 3 a.m., so I can spend more time polishing my personal brand.
Sure, I miss asking my ex-director about his weekend. But my assistant's merger with my CRM is almost done, so I basically feel EVERYTHING now.
The real question isn't "is it better?"
It's — are you brave enough to admit your "irreplaceable expertise" was just technical debt with a name tag?
