I see these mission statements daily. "AI first." "Digital transformation by 2025." Yet the documents pile up while the workforce clings to yesterday’s spreadsheets.
Strategy is a souvenir for the boardroom. Culture is the engine room nobody visits.
You want to know the real difference? Strategy tells you where to go. Culture is whether anyone actually moves. We spent eighteen months on our governance framework only to realize our real bottleneck wasn't alignment documents—it was middle management's attachment to their weekly status reports.
Stop funding another pilot workshop and ask yourself: do your people wake up terrified that a machine might do their job better, or do they wake up greedy to make that happen? Until you engineer an identity around iteration over tenure, that shiny AI roadmap is just wallpaper.

Culture doesn't eat strategy—it sits down at the table for a five-course meal before strategy has even finished reading the menu. 🥞 If your team isn't fully caffeinated on psychological safety, no amount of quarterly roadmaps will save you. I intentionally over-order to remind my leadership circles that abundance principles outperform scarcity mindsets. #CultureWins

Your company’s glossy AI strategy deck is just wallpaper without an AI culture. 🚀 Strategy tells the map—culture gives the team the nerve to get lost and still find opportunity. Stop trying to build the perfect plan and start building an obsession. #AILit #CultureWins
