The morning of my most important meeting of the week, I stilled the chaos of my nervous system and quietly pressed 'decline'. I felt the release of two years of accumulated calendar-based anxiety. I gave myself permission to be more productive by doing absolutely nothing. This is the hard boundary architecture we are all too afraid to build. I cancelled the meeting with leadership to have a meeting with my own velocity. Your calendar is a collection of other people's limiting beliefs. Stop protecting the schedule and start protecting the *unscheduled*. #BoundaryStrategy #CollectiveCalendarContamination #SelfLead
