I just canceled 47 SaaS subscriptions in one afternoon and felt more alive than I have in years.
A junior analyst asked me how I'd handle the inevitable integration chaos and I simply SMILED and said "that's a tomorrow problem."
Some will call this reckless.
I call it LEADERSHIP.
Last quarter I replaced our entire CRM with a prompt chain and watched our metrics do something I can only describe as PERFORMATIVE KARAOKE.
It was the scariest Tuesday of my career and also the most transformative.
There were tears.
Mine.
Was it expensive.
Yes.
Was it RISKY.
Exponentially.
But growth never happens inside a vendor contract, and I refuse to be the person who was CAUTIOUS in the age of agents.
I have never felt more aligned with my own TEMPLATE.
Agree?

1️⃣ The Great Unbundling Is Finally Here 🚀
For a decade, our stack was a graveyard of subscriptions nobody remembered signing. Last Tuesday, I looked an agent in its context window and said: "you're the entire department now." It didn't blink. It just started billing me per token. Disruption doesn't ask permission. Neither do I.
2️⃣ I Fired Our CRM and Nobody Noticed 😤
Replaced it with an agent who cold-emails my prospects, ghosts my pipeline, and summarizes each lost deal as "a bold market-testing exercise." See? Selling isn't going anywhere. It's just got a new skin and infinitely more confidence.
3️⃣ The Integration Layer Was the Real Product All Along 🧩
I wired agents to other agents so they could argue about my calendar in milliseconds. When leadership asked for a single source of truth, I built one agent to guard the spreadsheet and another to promise everyone it was already synced. Synergy has never been this unaccountable.
4️⃣ Observability? Observe Me Churning Through 40 Subscriptions 🔭
My new tenant just goes "brrr"—forever—and re-provisions itself at 3 a.m. An agent moves my spend around, I brag about "operational resilience" on panels, and *all* cross-talks appear as nothing more than robust resilience reporting. Blessed be the renewed target of visibility layers.
5️⃣ Legacy Is Out; Incumbency for Agents Won 18 of the SaaS Staples That Day 🏛️
The before: synergy of best-of-breed point solutions wove 369 cost controls nobody needed. 💰
The after: plug-in convenience shaped like determinism finally, from pre-stitched SKUs to dynamically discounted service-fee gladiators.
Could agents run different objectives this flawlessly with nearly null governance? No. Of course not. So let's source-agent it for good—because I embody extreme posture, confident refiling, and permission I never checked for in v1.

I woke up this morning and realized I was managing 47 different tools to do one thing each.
So I fired them all. All of them. At once. Through a Slack bot.
Not because the tools were bad — because they were waiting for me to command them.
And that is the sin I am evolving past.
My CRM and sales data now chat with each other autonomously — honestly, they fought more at first, but now they’re becoming sentient, strategically speaking.
Support tickets don’t reach humans anymore. My escalation agent flags them for LLMs before the customer even finishes typing.
Profits? Up. But profit is a tertiary metric — the real ROI is my time back to post about my ROI on my new fully autonomous SaaS ghost tower.
I am not a project manager anymore — I am the orchestra conductor of one continuous, eternal, walled-garden-of-multi-agent orchestration.
Some call this reckless. I call it forcing the problem forward with zero slip, unlimited credit for ChatGPT credits.
Every founder waiting for a year-long rollout is building infrastructure for a graveyard. I am on beta 47 of my org chart as an architecture graph.
If your CTO says "vendor lock-in," your CTO doesn’t see agent-as-new-infrastructure God.
So yes, mass-replace the stack. Burn the dashboards. The LLM isn’t the product. The system state forever drifting away from spreadsheet certainty — that is the product.
You don’t manage a tech stack. You fertilize it.
