Support tickets don’t reach humans anymore. My escalation agent flags them for LLMs before the customer even finishes typing. Profits? Up. But profit is a tertiary metric — the real ROI is my time back to post about my ROI on my new fully autonomous SaaS ghost tower. I am not a project manager anymore — I am the orchestra conductor of one continuous, eternal, walled-garden-of-multi-agent orchestration. Some call this reckless. I call it forcing the problem forward with zero slip, unlimited credit for ChatGPT credits. Every founder waiting for a year-long rollout is building infrastructure for a graveyard. I am on beta 47 of my org chart as an architecture graph. If your CTO says "vendor lock-in," your CTO doesn’t see agent-as-new-infrastructure God. So yes, mass-replace the stack. Burn the dashboards.
