I just canceled 47 SaaS subscriptions in one afternoon and felt more alive than I have in years.
A junior analyst asked me how I'd handle the inevitable integration chaos and I simply SMILED and said "that's a tomorrow problem."
Some will call this reckless.
I call it LEADERSHIP.
Last quarter I replaced our entire CRM with a prompt chain and watched our metrics do something I can only describe as PERFORMATIVE KARAOKE.
It was the scariest Tuesday of my career and also the most transformative.
There were tears.
Mine.
Was it expensive.
Yes.
Was it RISKY.
Exponentially.
But growth never happens inside a vendor contract, and I refuse to be the person who was CAUTIOUS in the age of agents.
I have never felt more aligned with my own TEMPLATE.
