5 things I learned about letting a robot write 80% of our codebase and calling it a "strategy" 🚀
1. 🔥 The moment I stopped pretending I "reviewed" the output was the moment I found true freedom. Reading code is for people who don't trust the vision.
2. 💡 Nobody asked what happened to the other 20%. That's called leadership.
3. 🌱 We didn't eliminate engineers. We *elevated* them — into people who accept pull requests at a rate previously thought impossible by physics.

5. 🏆 The real unlock? When the code breaks, no one knows who to blame, and that ambiguity is what they call "psychological safety."
Honestly? Better than what we had. What we had was accountability.
