Just built an agentic RAG pipeline and it changed everything.

5 things I learned about agentic RAG that nobody's talking about:
🚀 1. The real retrieval was the clarity we gained along the way.
🧠 2. Agents don't retrieve information — they retrieve *identity*.
📈 3. Pipelines are just consensus frameworks wearing a hoodie.
🔥 4. I stopped asking "what does the vector store know?" and started asking "what does it *believe*?"
