#FuelAndFocus
1 post
I made a decision today that I want to share with my network. I ate lunch at my desk. No ceremony. No fuss. Just me, my meal, and my relentless commitment to operating at the intersection of fuel and focus.
People will tell you breaks matter. People will tell you to step away. And that's fine — for people who haven't yet unlocked the discipline of the desk-based meal. I've always believed that the most transformative moments happen where the work is, an insight I've honestly had for years.
Some will call it a routine. I call it radical continuity. While others are mid-commute to enlightenment, I'm already back at my keyboard, building. Grateful for a journey measured not in minutes away, but in moments of presence right where it counts.
