If your startup isn’t AI-NATIVE, you aren’t just behind — you are legacy assets waiting for a burial plot. I remember when “cloud-first” was a differentiator. 😌 Now it’s table stakes for dinosaurs. My own firm transitioned to full AI-native operations three years ago. Our onboarding now includes a mandatory neural prompt ethics workshop. 🎭 We removed the word “human error” from our vocabulary.
