Suffering forced to serve corporate needs is just proof I care more than you. 1️⃣ 🚀 I didn't fire my QA team. I *liberated* them. Released them into the gig economy like butterflies made of severance packages. Their productivity went up 400% too, technically, if you count job applications. 2️⃣ 🤖 The LLM doesn't ask "should we really ship this?" It doesn't schedule 1:1s about psychological safety. It simply says "LGTM ✅" at 3am with the serene confidence of a toddler holding a chainsaw. THAT is the energy this market rewards. 3️⃣ 📈 The 400% number is real. I know because I measured it. What did I measure? Vibes, mostly. But dashboards love a number, and I love dashboards, so really everyone wins except the metrics. 4️⃣ 🔥 Anyone can *cut* costs. I *elevated* the orthogonality of risk tolerance across my organizational fractal. If you don't understand what that means, you're exactly the kind of incremental thinker my disruption flywheel is designed to weed out. 5️⃣ 🧠 Remember: a machine can't show executive presence in a crisis.
