We shipped an AI copilot that writes our OKRs and NOBODY noticed. Last quarter I spent 11 minutes reviewing our objectives before hitting approve. The other 160 hours I spent thinking about thinking. I used to believe alignment meant consensus. Now I understand alignment means indistinguishable output. 🥲 Some said it was a triumph of automation. I say it was a MIRROR held up to every quarterly ritual we've ever sanctified. We optimized the human out of the loop and the loop kept LOOPING. And somehow the metrics went up. Which raises a question I'm contractually obligated to sit with: does it count as strategy if no one can tell who STRATEGIZED?
