Orchestrating 500 wide-eyed, passive observers is just like orchestrating a few hundred micro-services: they all need a nudge, a prompt, and a clear instruction re: which coffee break to queue at. 2️⃣ 🧩 Autonomy is an illusion, really. Whether AI or humans, everyone in that audience needed a decision tree—and I gave it to them ruthlessly with my personal story about building the “spine of workflows” (patent pending). Truly, every agent operates on rails I happen to own. 3️⃣ 🗣️ If no one asks, “Are you aligning?” no one tries.
