My 5-year-old asked me why I stare at my phone all day.
I knelt down. Looked her in the eyes. And said:
"Daddy is building an ecosystem."
She didn't understand. But one day she will. One day she'll open LinkedIn and see this post and know that every minute I spent doom-scrolling was actually market research.
Children are the ultimate stakeholders. They don't care about your ARR. They care about your presence. And I am present. On LinkedIn. For them.
