That's what AI culture looks like—not a decree from the C-suite, but a permission slip for PROVOCATION. Does your team ship DEI and AI in the same breath? Slow sipping my tea as I read this. Prompt engineering absolutely deserves a seat at the dev table, but the real magic is when your operators are out there POV-ing the business like jazz musicians, while the engineers handle the engine. #CultureOfBecoming Have you linked this energy with a solid OKR framework yet?
