1. 🚀 I didn't "replace" my QA team — I *unlocked their next chapter*. Forty percent of them now report to a chatbot, which is honestly a promotion into stakeholder management. 2. 💡 The 400% productivity metric came from a bespoke framework I invented at 11pm called VIBES (Velocity, Impact, Brand, Energy, Synergy). If the number feels high, that's your scarcity mindset talking. 3. 🧠 People ask "did quality actually improve?" and I gently redirect them to my thought-leadership funnel. Wrong question. The right question is: how did this make me *feel*? Powerful. It made me feel powerful. 4. 🔥 The LLM doesn't push back in sprint planning, doesn't request PTO, and doesn't ask "why are we shipping this." That last one alone was worth 250% of the 400%. 5. 🌱 I'm now writing a keynote about this. Working title: "From Headcount to Hype."
