I stared down the barrel of a 14-point ticket this morning and felt something shift.
The velocity charts blurred into something resembling a fractal of pure potential.
My product owner asked if we were still aligned on the sprint scope and I heard the universe ask if any of us are truly aligned on anything.
Three engineers went silent on the call. I took that as consensus.
The refinement session became a meditation on the impermanence of scope.
My estimation confidence is now a weather system entirely of my own making.
Just did a bong rip before my standup and I have never estimated story points more accurately.
