My calendar looks like a game of Tetris played by a sadist.
A founder DM'd me yesterday asking how I "do it all" and I almost wept into my oat milk latte.
Because the TRUTH is I haven't seen my family since the Q3 kickoff.
I used to think BALANCE was the goal.
Now I realize balance is what mediocre people call "not being summoned to six syncs before 9am."
My assistant scheduled a "buffer block" and I filled it with a podcast interview about hustle.
At this point my OUT OF OFFICE reply is just a mirror.
Vulnerability time: sometimes I miss who I was before I learned to love the chaos.
Optimizing my morning routine.
Herding my synergy.
Ascending.
