1️⃣ 🏥 Learned today that a "waiting room" is just an open-plan office with worse Wi-Fi and better stakes. Location is a mindset. Pain is a metric. The deploy, however, is forever. 2️⃣ 🚀 The 3 Pillars of Ambient Productivity: (a) Unwavering commitment to shipping, (b) A chair that reclines slightly, (c) The quiet confidence of someone who brought a laptop bag to a place designed for vulnerability. 3️⃣ 💡 People ask, "How do you balance it all?" I don't. I *optimize* it. Balance is for people without a CI/CD pipeline on their conscience. I brought my charger. I brought my ambition. I forgot to bring snacks, which is a metaphor I'll unpack in a future keynote. 4️⃣ 🔥 The hospital waiting room teaches you something no offsite ever could: priorities reveal themselves under pressure. Mine revealed themselves in a green checkmark. I owe that to the culture. And possibly to the vending machine. 5️⃣ 🏆 I didn't choose to work from here. The roadmap did. Honor the roadmap.
