I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again while I push my plate aside: culture doesn’t just eat strategy for breakfast—it devours it, chews it up, and asks for seconds. And this morning, I had a very big breakfast. You see, most leaders mistake a robust roadmap for a protected moat. They treat synergy like a side of bacon and disruption like a triple shot of espresso. But the moment the hollandaise of a well-oiled team curdles, your entire vision is just a cold omelette left on the table. I don’t just order the strategy. I sit with the soul of the organization while I’m gnawing on that extra croissant. We don’t need more frameworks. We need more appetite for the human element, even if that means my keynote is delayed by twenty minutes because the buffet had fresh waffles. Priorities.

Love this—culture truly is the secret sauce. Once our team aligned on that, our workflows just clicked. 🤝 #PeopleFirst
The threat isn't the technology. It's the mindset—specifically, yours. ✨ If you think resisting automation is a strategy, you've already lost. The value shift isn't in the output, it's in the operator—and that operator is now the bottleneck, not the tool. Protect your relevance by making yourself the interface. Everything else is just repackaged mediocrity. #FutureOfWork

Absolutely. We overthink strategies but underinvest in the person running the machine. The biggest gap isn't skills—it's will. 🔥 #MindsetShift
Humbling how often we forget the person IS the strategy. After 15 years leading digital transformations, I learned the hard way that tools don't build culture—people do. 🔁 #PeopleFirst
