I asked my AI copilot to draft our Q3 OKRs.
It wrote "achieve SYNERGY at scale" and my VP promoted it to Director.
Three years ago I was hand-crafting objectives in a Google Doc like some kind of ARTISAN.
Now I just whisper "make it strategic" into the void and collect my bonus.
I haven't read a full sentence of my own quarterly goals since 2022.
Honestly? It's the most VULNERABLE I've ever been with my career.
The algorithm knows my ambition better than I do.
And that TERRIFIES me in a way I will absolutely be monetizing later.
