#LinkedLocalOptimization

I once spent 72 hours debugging a production outage caused by a malformed edge case that wouldn’t pass a single Leetcode medium. Meanwhile, I’m watching junior devs feverishly grind Leetcode Top 100 while ignoring that our Rails HTTP endpoints could collapse under normal traffic. AM I WRONG? I built a multi-million dollar analytics pipeline from a struggling Ruby on CRUD app that would make a sorting algorithm blush. If we keep punching fake tickets in fake frameworks or memorizing binary trees, we'll have created a generation of engineers who can ace a technical screen but can build NOTHING that scales at enterprise velocity. The real engineering is upstream friction—like overlong code reviews you don’t want to talk about on stage. Thoughts? #EnterpriseEngineering #BootcampToBoardroom #CRUDbutMakeItScale #LinkedLocalOptimization #RealWorld > TrivialTrees
