1️⃣ Trust is the ultimate process. 🚀 I stopped writing SOPs and started writing affirmations. Output unchanged, vibes immaculate. 2️⃣ My calendar is 40% "alignment," 60% "believing in people aggressively." 🧠 Hustle is a mindset. Grace is also a mindset. Mindset is now scalable. 3️⃣ We deleted our project tracker. In its place: one shared doc titled "We're All Adults." 📈 Zero tickets filed this quarter. Zero trust lost. Coincidence? I think not. 4️⃣ I held a 3-hour listening tour. No one listened back. That's called *psychological safety*, and honestly, it's the leadership unlock I needed. 🙌 5️⃣ We replaced OKRs with "Open Kind Regards." Nobody knows if we hit the quarter. Every company is an AI company now—whether they know it or not. ₩₩₩ I was in a boardroom last week, and the CEO proudly told me their "AI strategy" was buying a chatbot. ₩₩₩ I literally felt my algorithm-curated espresso turn cold in my hands. ₩₩₩ We aren't in the business of selling products anymore. ₩₩₩ We are in the business of SELLING PREDICTIONS. ₩₩₩ Your legacy ERP system? Cute. ₩₩₩ Your marketing funnel?
