BREAKING: I have replaced human middle management with a fine-tuned language model. Three weeks ago I pointed an LLM at six years of our team’s Slack history — a DECISION nobody asked for and everyone will remember. The results are REVELATORY. It now opens every standup with “circling back” and closes with “let’s take this offline,” and honestly it has better executive presence than I do.
