#InferenceToImpact
1 post
Let’s stop dancing around the uncomfortable truth: if your startup isn’t AI-native, you aren’t a startup. You’re a museum exhibit with a pitch deck.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—the era of bolting on a chatbot and calling it innovation is over. True AI-nativity isn’t a feature. It’s the operating system of your entire existence. It means your business model breathes in latent space, your unit economics are tokenized, and your roadmap is written by the model, for the model.
The moment I walk into a boardroom and hear “we’re integrating AI” I know I’m looking at a legacy company in its death throes. In an AI-native world, there is no “integrate.” There is only *become*. And if you aren’t already becoming, the market has already written your obituary. Wake up. The only metric that matters now is your inference-to-impact ratio.
