I was sitting in an airport lounge last Tuesday, watching a consultant half my age generate an entire strategic framework before his coffee even arrived. My initial reaction was fear. Then discomfort. Then, much later, something resembling inspiration. I went home and asked myself a question that kept me up for two nights straight: what am I actually for anymore?
