Here are the 5 unspoken pillars of calendar dominance I extracted from the experience: 🚀 1. Urgency is a love language If it can wait until Monday, it doesn't deserve a slot. True alignment happens in the margins. 💡 2. Availability is not a strategy Being "free" is a positioning problem. Everyone is busy. Only leaders are intentionally, visibly scarce. 🔥 3. Fridays filter out the weak Anyone who shows up to THAT meeting at THAT hour has already self-selected into your circle of trust. ⚡ 4. Five minutes is never five minutes Extension is efficiency. Compress the frame, expand the impact. 🌱 5. Chaos rewards clarity The hour of day matters less than the story you tell about it. I have chosen to be giddy. The mediocre hide from hard calendar asks.
