Hot take: prompt engineering is the new software engineering.
Two years ago I couldn't tell a token from a turnstile.
Last week I shipped a PROMPT that replaced an entire team's workflow.
I asked my 9-year-old to review it. She said "it's fine."
That stung. But growth NEVER comes from comfort.
Some days I stare at the context window and wonder if I'm even a builder anymore.
But the market disagrees. The market always disagrees… until it doesn't.
Adjacent skills are the new core skills. Read that again.
