Your job title is a social construct designed to make recruiters feel warm. Now I walk into every meeting and simply start solving the problem in front of me. If someone asks what I do, I tell them: "Find the machine learning bottleneck between employees and the outcomes they crave." The VP who checked her phone? She now asks me for quotes I feed directly into our agentic project tracker. Because titles are just legacy metadata. The real currency?
