🚀 We shipped autonomous agents to production last week. Here are the 5 things I learned about deploying autonomous agents: 1️⃣ 🤖 Everyone asks "what do the agents do?" The real ones know the answer is "they operate autonomously." That's the whole thing. That's the magic. 2️⃣ 📈 The metrics that matter aren't accuracy. They aren't safety. They aren't latency. They're the glow in your CEO's eyes during the all-hands demo. Lead with the demo. 3️⃣ 💡 I called it "a pivotal inflection point" twelve times in one standup. Nobody stopped me. This is what thought leadership looks like. 4️⃣ 🌉 The hardest part wasn't the deployment Saturday morning fumble by someone whose access we never sanitized. The hardest part was articulating why it's a paradigm shift. I nailed that part. 5️⃣ 🔭 The autonomy isn't the achievement. The acceleration vehicle that challenges the accelerator is the achievement. Post prominently and grow boldly.
