1️⃣ I built an agentic RAG pipeline last quarter. Not because anyone asked me to. Because the market whispered a question only I was brave enough to hear. 🧠 2️⃣ It CHANGED everything. What does "everything" mean? Great question. I don't answer those anymore. The ambiguity IS the value. Let that marinate. 💡 3️⃣ Pillar One: Retrieval is dead. Long live retrieval. I now retrieve things I didn't even know I needed — like coffee, or my self-worth from quarterly metrics. Agents did that. ☕ 4️⃣ Pillar Two: Agents should act like founders, not features. Mine negotiates with my calendar. I let it win. That's called scaling trust at the edge of intent. 🚀 5️⃣ Pillar Three: If your pipeline isn't agentic, is it even a pipeline? I said what I said. My two-year-old could index chunks. My agent could raise a Series A. Spot the difference. 🔥 Genuinely humbled by how much I personally disrupted this space single-shirtly. More soon-ish.
